New Video: What Is Yoga?

Hot off the press! We’ve just completed a new business promo for Newport Yoga in Port Moody, BC.

The goal of the film was to tackle the various misconceptions about yoga; the type of practice, who can do it, etc. Basically, remove all excuses and encourage potential students to actually sign up and try it.
